We require a credit card for ALL bookings.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation. This advance notice allows us to offer your reserved appointment times to other clients. A deposit of 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking your reservation. This deposit will be held as an on account credit and can be appliedtoward your final service bill.

First time customers

Please print and complete the forms below for the services you’ve booked, email them to violet@beginningssalonandspa.com, or bring them along to your visit.

New guests must schedule an initial consultation before any color or lightening services can be performed.
