About Your Visit

Whether you're visiting us for a haircut, spa day, massage, nail service, or one of our signature packages, we want your experience at Beginnings Salon & Day Spa to be relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable from the moment you arrive.
Arrival
To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest we recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check-in. Arriving late will unfortunately result in the loss of time towards your service.
Satisfaction
Our front desk team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services and treatments. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to the team manager’s attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.
Children
We love children but the spa is an adult oriented atmosphere. We ask that you monitor your children during your visit to help us provide a relaxing atmosphere for all of our clients.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation. This advance notice allows us to offer your reserved appointment times to other clients.

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.

We do not accept personal checks.

We require a credit card for ALL bookings.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking your reservation. This deposit will be held as an on-account credit and can be applied toward your final service bill.
Late Cancellations: For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice of the reserved appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited.
