Beginnings Salon and Day Spa utilizes a “level system” which offers services at various price points based on client demand for an individual stylist. This is a performance based system, not experience or skill based.
This system offers levels ranging from 1 to 4AA. Level 1 stylists may have years of experience to offer but may be new to the area or may be joining our team after an internship with us. On the other end, a level 4AA stylist will have a well developed client base. As a stylist builds clientele, they move up a level based on the demand of their time and the service they provide.
