30-Day Retail Return Policy
We want you to love the products you purchase from our salon. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange under the following guidelines:
Eligibility
• Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Products must have been purchased directly from our salon.
Unopened Products
- Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days.
Opened or Used Products
• Opened or gently used products may be exchanged for another retail product of equal or greater value within 30 days.
• If a product caused an adverse reaction or did not perform as expected, please speak with our team so we can help find a better solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Gift cards
• Clearance, discounted, or final-sale merchandise
• Products with excessive use (generally more than 25% consumed)
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Cash purchases may be refunded in cash or salon credit, depending on management discretion.
• Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.
Salon Services
• Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss a complimentary adjustment where appropriate.
